Vacuum Coating

Vacuum coating technology enables the simultaneous application of coatings on three or four sides of sticks, profiles, baseboards, skirting boards, and both smooth and shaped window frame components.

This method is particularly well suited for applying 100% UV water-based products. The system can be configured with integrated hot-air, infrared, and UV-curing units. With high application precision, simple setup, and production speeds up to 300 feet per minute, it offers an ideal solution for finishing linear products.
