Spray Coating

Giardina Group offers a comprehensive range of spray application solutions tailored to specific customer needs. Our lineup includes reciprocators for flat-line and vertical applications, rotary spray machines primarily for stains, and both Cartesian and anamorphic robots for flat and vertical coating processes. We also provide a complete series of dedicated linear spray machines. All Giardina Group spray platforms are available in multiple sizes, working widths, and operation speeds. Several models are available with a low maintenance paper belt that allows for quick changes, or with a synthetic belt equipped with Giardina’s reliable product recovery and belt cleaning system. When equipped with the optional Dualfast quick-change system, operators can switch colors in seconds and begin spraying new material immediately, without risk of cross-contamination or unnecessary downtime.
