Hot Air Drying

Giardina Group offers a broad range of hot-air ovens, including continuous laminar-flow linear conveyor ovens, inline stacking models (GPM), and multi-level vertical configurations (GV series). Laminar-flow ovens are ideal for the initial flash-off phase of both solvent- and water-based products, particularly in spray, curtain coating, and certain roller-coating processes. The lineup also includes high-velocity hot-air ovens (GPJet) for enhanced performance.

All ovens are modular, allowing configuration for specific products, application cycles, and production speeds. Ventilation type and air-treatment quality are carefully tailored to meet specific performance targets. Many configurations can also be equipped with optional IR, TL, or GEL lamps for effective gelling of UV coatings.
